Jarabe de Palo ® is made, in the heart of the Marina Alta, with Muscat liquor wines from the Roman Muscat grape also known as Alexandria grape, where our microclimate allows it to reach an optimal degree of maturation, giving rise to a product 100% natural without coloring or flavoring.
The Sun, the influence of the sea and a warm climate, give rise to large and not very compact bunches, with thick and fleshy yellow grapes. The great aromatic power and high sugar content of these grapes give rise to our unique liquors and wines.
Our vineyards are made from “old vine” without genetic modification, that is, currently the grape is presented in the same organoleptic conditions as in its origins, the Roman Empire.
